This policy explains how Your Company Ltd. ("we") handles personal data when you use the OrbitexGo app and website.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the account identifier and name they share with us.
• Order data: the eSIM plans you buy, prices, order dates and the eSIM identifiers (ICCID) needed to deliver and support your plan.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: data consumption of your eSIM as reported by the network partner, so we can show it in the app.
• Support messages you send us.

What we do not collect

• We do not track your location, contacts, photos or browsing activity.
• We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Why we use it

• To deliver the eSIM you purchased and show it in your account (performance of a contract).
• To process payments, prevent fraud and meet accounting obligations (legal obligation, legitimate interest).
• To send service emails such as sign-in codes and eSIM delivery. Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in.

Who we share it with

• Our eSIM network partners, only the data needed to issue your eSIM.
• Stripe for payment processing, and our email and hosting providers, who process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Order records are kept for as long as accounting law requires, in anonymised form after account deletion.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account) or at https://orbitexgo.com/delete-account. For other requests, contact [email protected].

Children

The service is not directed at children under 16.
