These terms apply to purchases of eSIM data plans from Your Company Ltd. through OrbitexGo.
The service
- OrbitexGo sells prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles, provided by our network partners.
- Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Please check compatibility before buying.
- Plans include mobile data only unless stated otherwise. Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network.
Purchases and refunds
- Prices are shown before payment, including applicable taxes.
- If your eSIM cannot be installed or does not connect and our support team cannot fix it, you are entitled to a full refund, provided the eSIM has not been used to consume data.
- Unused, uninstalled eSIMs can be refunded within 30 days of purchase on request.
- Data that has been used is not refundable.
Fair use
Plans are for personal use. Reselling, using the eSIM in routers for multiple users, or abusive traffic may lead to suspension.
Liability
Coverage and speed depend on local networks. We are not liable for network outages outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
